Workers are told to look up what they don't know so they can use it correctly or, if they don't know where to look, to ask, and to use calculators so they won't make costly mistakes. If there is no available calculator, the worker will be asked to have any hand calculations checked by another worker. What is called cheating in school is effective practice in the world of work.
